How does it work?

Drop off anytime during business hours. Turnaround time is a few days (overnight, if possible, for kitchen professionals). We have loaner knives available, and we will be in touch when your order is ready for pick up!

Do you sharpen....

Serrated knives? Yes!

Shears and scissors? Sure do!

Hair shears / grooming clippers? No yet, but we're working on it.

Who does the sharpening?

Stephen Gangl, the business owner, does all of our sharpening. He trained with Bob Tate in Bozeman, MT who learned from Bob Kramer in Bellingham, WA.

How should I pack my knives for shipment?

Roll them using newspaper, an old dish towel, or a paper shopping bag and secure with tape or rubber bands. Please make sure that there are several inches of padding all around, taking caution to ensure the tips do not poke out of the box.

  • @bachchoyboy

"It's amazing how much of a difference a sharp knife can make - cutting through various vegetables feels like cutting through room temperature butter."
